The initial offer was a 7 year term in State prison.

After filing a motion to suppress, the state acknowledged the difficulty in winning the motion and offered a probationary plea deal to the charge of 4th degree Illegal Transportation of a Firearm. The probationary plea deal will allow for the client to be released from the county jail at sentencing.
