Mr. Neil has achieved acquittals in
four murder trials and, in another case, successfully overturned a
life sentence. He is also a published attorney, having prevailed in a landmark case that is now taught in law schools—an accomplishment that is exceptionally rare, with fewer than one percent of attorneys in the
United States earning published legal
opinions. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Neil has received numerous professional awards and has recovered millions of dollars for clients in personal injury lawsuits against major corporations, including UPS, Walmart, Dunkin' Donuts, and others.
